Call Alert is deliberately narrow: get an alert from a monitoring system to a verified human, by phone call or SMS, with clear pricing and no way to use it to spam someone who hasn't consented.
Delivery
Text-to-speech voice calls
Your alert message is read aloud on a real phone call - the channel that's hardest to sleep through.
Automatic retries, pay only if answered
If a call isn't picked up, we automatically retry up to three times. You're only ever charged for a call that's actually answered.
SMS alerts
Send the same message as a text for a lighter-weight or fallback channel.
Multi-country dialing
Calls and texts can be sent from an origin number appropriate to the destination country, where supported.
Anti-spam and account safety
Phone verification on every destination
Every number that can receive a call or SMS is verified with an OTP in the console first - integrations can never add a new destination on their own.
Switchable default number
The number verified at signup starts as your default, but you can promote any other verified number instead, and label each one so they're easy to tell apart.
Optional two-factor authentication
Add TOTP-based MFA to your account login as an extra layer, independent of phone verification.
Destination-country allowlist
Certain destination countries are disabled by default until reviewed, to keep the platform from being used to reach places we can't yet deliver to reliably.

Native Zabbix plugin
An importable Zabbix media type for voice call and SMS alerts, authenticated with an API token macro.
Generic webhook
Any monitoring tool that can POST JSON with a header - Alertmanager, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or your own scripts - can trigger calls and SMS the same way.
Per-integration API keys
Issue and revoke API keys independently, each scoped to your account and constrained to your already-verified destinations.
