1. The service

Call Alert lets you connect a monitoring system to place phone calls and send SMS messages to phone numbers you have verified control of, and charges your account balance per call or message sent.

2. Acceptable use

You may only send calls or messages to numbers you are authorized to contact, and only for legitimate operational alerting. You may not use the service to harass, spam, or contact anyone who has not consented to receive calls or messages from you. Every destination number must be verified through the console before use - this requirement may not be circumvented.

3. Accounts and verification

You must verify a phone number to activate your account, and verify any additional destination number before it can be used. You are responsible for activity on your account, including API keys issued under it.

4. Billing

The service is prepaid: you add funds to your balance and calls/SMS are billed against it as sent, at the flat per-call and per-SMS rates shown in the console. Calls are only billed if answered. Balance top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Service availability

The service depends on third-party voice and SMS providers and is provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It should not be relied upon as a sole mechanism for life-safety or emergency notifications.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above, including use to contact unverified or non-consenting recipients.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Alert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing law

[Jurisdiction to be specified before publication.]
