1. What we collect

Account details you provide (email, password), phone numbers you verify (both your account's default number and any additional destination numbers), call and SMS metadata (destination, timestamp, duration, cost, delivery status - not call audio or message content beyond what's needed for delivery and billing), and payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).

2. How we use it

To operate the service: placing calls and SMS you request, verifying phone numbers, billing your account, showing you dashboard metrics and logs, and securing your account (including optional MFA).

3. Who we share it with

Our voice/SMS provider (to place calls and send messages) and our payment provider (to process top-ups) act as subprocessors under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell phone numbers or usage data.

4. Retention

Call and SMS logs and transaction history are retained for as long as your account is active plus a limited period for billing and dispute purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Verified numbers can be removed directly from the console (except your account's last remaining verified number, or its current default, until you verify a replacement).
